Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Success! Tastes great, and cooked up relatively quickly. I felt lucky because everything managed to cook at just the right times: the pasta, the sauce and the broccoli–letting me get it into the oven as quickly as possible.

This was a little messier in the kitchen than I’d like: a pot for the pasta, plus a small one to make the sauce. I made the broccoli in the microwave (glass bowl + lid). Plus a casserole dish for baking. I opted for a creamy pesto sauce mix instead of a jar of alfredo, so the ingredients reflect that.

Time to Make: ~45 minutes
Shopping Cost: $14.06 (I already had the shells, and I’ll be able to use the extra milk)
